Back Tightness? Strengthen your Core!

With school back in and everyone back to work, we want to take a minute to talk about the effects of sitting too many hours a day! Luckily we can use Janda’s Crossed Syndrome to help us predict pain and tightness in certain areas of our bodies.

Having tight hips and lower back will lead to pain in your lower back and diminish your range of motion in your hips. One of the results of this is having a weak core and abdominal muscles.

To correct this we need to stretch and mobilize hips and lower back while strengthening your abs. Here are some of our favorite exericises to get a stronger core.
