Getting under the bar and timing in the bottom of the snatch is often one of the most difficult technical aspects of Weightlifting.
This training cycle we are going to spend time improving our positions and technique on the snatch and clean & jerk, with Drop Snatch being one of our movements we will be focusing on.
Performing Drop Snatch allows us to simulate the catch portion of the snatch and work on our timing. This will translate into much better snatch movement when performing the full lift.
