Many times the biggest roadblock to our success in not preparing properly. Come learn how to food prep, tips on success, food prep hacks and more in this interactive night of fun!

STRETCH THERAPY with Kari Dees of To Life Yoga & Pilates
Many of our aches and pains come from a lack of flexibility in certain areas of our bodies. Come learn this all levels approach to improving where you are at today so you can move and live better and get back to doing the things you love!
