We all know the smiling face and work ethic of Kendall around the gym! This lovely lady just graduated high school and is moving on to the next chapter of her life with her gym family behind her! Let’s get to know who Kendall is outside of the gym a little better….
Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself, your family and your life….
What brought you to Peak?
The one and only, Christal Cochran (previous member for those of you that don’t know her) brought me to peak! She was my personal trainer for 4 years before I decided to go to a crossfit gym, she said this gym was the absolute best.. and she was right 🙂
How long have you been a member at PSF?
I have been a member since July of 2016… so almost one year now!
What is something we might not know about you?
I have been to Disney World over 35 times… yeah that’s not a typo, I’ve really been over 35 times. I may have forgotten to mention my family’s (my moms) addiction to Disney World.
What is your favorite song to workout to?
I don’t think I have one song in particular but anything that involves Drake I’m down for.
Who is your hero?
My hero is most definitely my dad. I would not be the person I am today if it wasn’t for him! He is the best ever. – and Lauren Fisher duh 😉
What hobbies do you have?
My hobbies include crossfit, eating and more crossfit and if watching the Bachelor can be considered a hobby…then that too.
What is it that keeps you coming back? What motivates you to work hard?
What keeps me coming back is the environment and the people. Everyone here is so nice and encouraging and are the kind of people I like to surround myself with. I also like seeing the progress I make in the gym and it motivates me to keep working hard to get better! And the coaches are pretty bomb too.
What are you looking forward to most in college?
FREEDOM and getting to pursue and learn about the thing I’m passionate about… food
What is one of your big goals for 2017?
Compete in a crossfit competition…which I’m actually doing next weekend! But other than that, a 300lb deadlift would be nice!
