Asian Turkey Meatballs
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Newman’s own sesame ginger dressing
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 egg
3 green onions
Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin Pan or cookie sheet
Mix all ingredients together in bowl with hands
Roll into balls
Bake for 15 minutes.
Makes 12 generous sized meatballs
Serve with veggie “noodles” I.e spaghetti squash, zucchini or sweet potato noodles or with rice if desired
