Here is what you need and how to make it…
Two tortillas (low carb or regular)
1/2C Favorite red sauce
Veggies of your choice
4-5oz of protein (ground turkey or chicken-recommended.)
Shredded cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 375
Bake tortillas for about 5-6 mins
Remove from oven
Layer, sauce, veggies, protein and cheese
And bake again 5-7mins
This works best if your food is made ahead of time, it makes this process really fast and easy!
