Technique Tuesday: Shoulder/Chest Rehab

This training cycle we have been adding bench press into our training because it is a great exercise to strengthen the arms and shoulder girdle. It will have a direct carryover and improve your pushups, rings dips, overhead strength and more!

To see maximum benefits from training we also need to care for our bodies. After bench pressing, we recommend spending a few minutes stretching and doing soft tissue work on your pecs, biceps, and delts.
