Training Outline for August 6th Week!

Welcome to August and Back to School!

As we get the kids back to school and settle back into our fall routine, make sure you prioritize your health and plan your training time in to your schedule! We only plan things that are important to us so build it into your calendar!

This Saturday is Deadlift for Dollars!!! This is our 8th Annual event to benefit Paint Georgia Pink. We will have a workout at 9am and Deadlift for Dollars will start at 10am! Come on out and participate or support those who are! This is going to be a blast!!

This is also a test week! You have put in a lot of work over the past 8 weeks and now it’s going to pay off with hitting some PR’s in the gym!

Monday

Back Squat Max or Alternate Strength

200m run
3 rounds
20 box jumps/step-ups
15 sit-ups
200m run

Tuesday

Power Clean Complex or Alternate Work

1500m row/AB
50 KB swings

Wednesday

Bench Max or Alternate Strength Work

4 rounds for time of:
20 pull-ups/ring rows
20 push-ups
20 squats

Thursday

Accessory Work

Sprint Conditioning

Friday

Deadlift Max or Alternate Strength Work

10 mountain climbers (each side)
20 burpees
30 DB snatches (each arm)
40 box jump/step ups
50 goblet squats

Saturday

Partner Workout at 9 then Deadlift for Dollars at 10!!
