Back Squat

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
200-m row
50 double-unders/100 single unders

Tuesdy

Clean or Alternate Strength Work

40 sec work 20 sec rest 6 rounds
-wall sit
-HS hold
-air squats
-wall walk

Wednesday

Bench Press

Hero workout Badger
Fitness:
3 rounds for time
30 squat cleans
30 pull-up
800m run
Use 40-50% of your clean max

Health:
3 rounds for time
30 goblet squats
20 Strict Pull-ups
200-400m run

Thursday

Accessory Strength Work

Partner Hill Workout!!!

Friday

Deadlift or Alternate Strength Work

4 rounds for time of:
15 sit-ups
15 thrusters with DB
45 double-unders/90 single-unders

Saturday

In teams of 2
4 rounds
40 tire flips (total)
1000m row (total)
Then
3 rounds
Sled push 50 feet (each)
1000m row (total)
Then
2 rounds
200m Lunge (each Together)
1000m row (total)
Then
1 round
100 wall balls over the pull-up bar to each other
