This week on Peak Eats we get a HEALTHY Chocolate Cake from Chris!
Because, Who doesn’t love chocolate???
Recipe:
High Protein Chocolate
40g protein, 10g carb, 4g fat
Decrease casein and water (for consistency) to reduce protein if needed.
50g Casein Protein powder
1 tbl coconut flour
1 tbl cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites
1/2 cup water
Mix together
Put in large mug
Microwave on high 90-120 seconds.
Boom! Enjoy!
