Technique Tuesday: Healthy Forearms

Our forearms control our grip, fine movements in our hands and have a huge effect on the health of our hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders.

We often neglect the small muscles in our forearms, calves, etc and spend all of our time on our back, hamstrings and glutes. It is important to take some time and focus on these areas though…and your body will thank you!
