October 11th – Shoulder Health Clinic Part 2

October 14th – Peak Trip to the Jaemor Farm CORN MAZE!! We will leave the gym at 1:30 and get to Jaemore at 2pm

TAILGATE DAY!! – We will have a tailgate party at the gym for one of the UGA games…when all the game times are published we’ll tell you which game – Be Ready!!

Snatch Complex or Alternate Strength

Wednesday

Press/Pullup Strength OR Alternate Strength

Thursday

Shoulder Health Clinic Pt 2

Complete rounds of 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 reps for time of:
Kettlebell Swings
Goblet Squats
Push-Ups

Friday

Clean Complex OR Alternate Strength

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
25/15 Calories of Assault Bike/rowing
20 V-Ups/leg lifts
15 Wall Ball cleans

Saturday

Stability/Core Work

In teams of 2-3, with only one teammate allowed per station, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Station 1 – 300/250 Meter Row
Station 2 – 30/20 Ring Rows
Station 3 – 20 Dumbbell Push Press
Station 4 – 25/15 Calories of Assault Bike
Station 5 – Rest
