This Week’s Training Outline – 9/3/17

Happy Labor Day! Monday we will only have 1 class at 10 am. See everyone there for a fun partner workout!!

Tuesday
Strength: Bench Press
Conditioning: Rowing

Wednesday
Strength: Clean and Jerk  (yay!)
Conditioning: Rounds for time with 3 movement – Thrusters, Toes to bar, and Double Unders

Thursday
Strength: No Strength
Conditioning: 30 min EMOM focusing on some skill work, conditioning and recovery

Friday
Strength: Snatch Complex
Conditioning: Shorter (high intensity) AMRAP of Power Snatches and Box Jumps

Saturday
22 Min AMRAP with Front Squats, Pushups and V-Ups
